The Offer 

As offers are received, Ed provides advice and consultation on the strength of the offer, terms and conditions and writing counter offers, if necessary.

Upon acceptance of an offer, Ed continues to provide follow-up on activities that will take place until closing. He will help coordinate home inspections, appraisers, repairs, addendums and the necessary "hand holding", if needed, as the process works it way through to funding.
