Marketing
The success of selling a home is a joint partnership between Ed and
the home seller. As your professional real estate agent Ed controls
the marketing aspects, but you as the homeowner control the price
and condition.
Ed will design your individual marketing campaign based on the unique
features of your home. We like to determine the demographics of the
prospective buyer of your home. Some of the items we consider are:
the income required to purchase a house in your home's price range;
the type of person or family who would most likely buy your home;
and, where they currently live.
Our goal is to make sure that as many of the prospective buyers from
our target group know that your home is for sale.
